1. Definitions
- Ranam: the mobile app and marketing website ranamapp.com.
- User: anyone who uses the app or browses the site.
- Ranam+: paid auto-renewable subscription.
- Nursery: partner store selling via the app within supported delivery areas.
2. Eligibility & account
- Minimum age: 13 under Saudi regulations.
- Sign-in: Apple, email/OTP, or anonymous guest.
- You are responsible for account security and activity.
- Delete account via Settings → Delete Account (registered users).
3. Services
- Plant Radar — AI plant diagnosis from photos.
- My Garden — watering and care schedules.
- Plant encyclopedia — plants suited to your climate.
- Nursery store — purchase and delivery in supported areas.
- Ranam+ — advanced features (extended diagnosis, history, priority support, etc.).
Diagnosis and advice are guidance only — not a substitute for a specialist in critical cases. You make the final decision.
4. Ranam+ subscription
- Price and term shown before purchase.
- Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end.
- Payments via Apple App Store only — we do not store card data.
- Refunds subject to Apple policy.
- Free users: 2 Plant Radar scans per day; unlimited requires Ranam+.
5. Orders & acceptable use
Store prices may include VAT as shown. Delivery fees depend on nursery coverage. Do not misuse the app, manipulate free scans, or resell diagnosis output without permission.
6. IP & privacy
Ranam owns app IP and branding. You retain uploaded content and grant a non-exclusive licence to process it and improve models in de-identified form. Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & updates
