1. Introduction
Ranam is a Saudi plant-care platform including the marketing site at ranamapp.com and the mobile app. We offer Plant Radar (AI diagnosis), the nursery store, My Garden care tools, and a plant encyclopedia suited to your local climate.
By using the app, website, or creating an account (including guest mode), you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Data controller
Controller: Saif East Agricultural — Al-Qassim, Al-Muznib — CR 7035969042.
Processors: technical providers listed in Section 5; they do not sell your data for independent marketing.
3. Data we collect
- Account: Apple ID, email/OTP, name, phone, guest session, device ID (Secure Store).
- Location: GPS (with permission) or manual city — for weather, delivery, and Plant Radar accuracy.
- Garden & Plant Radar: plant photos, garden records, diagnosis results, care plans, history (Ranam+).
- Orders & subscription: nursery orders, delivery address, Ranam+ via RevenueCat/Apple. We do not store card numbers.
- Technical: device/OS, app version, language, push token, basic crash logs, free-scan counter.
4. How we use data
- Account management (including guest merge on upgrade).
- Plant Radar, care schedules, and advice.
- Weather and agricultural tips by location.
- Nursery orders and delivery.
- Ranam+ and notifications (with consent).
- Service improvement with de-identified images.
- Legal compliance in Saudi Arabia.
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed with Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Gemini/Plant.id, Open-Meteo, Expo, and partner nurseries (name, phone, address, order items for fulfillment). We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. Diagnosis images may be anonymized for model improvement after deletion.
7. Your rights & contact
You may access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, or object where applicable. Contact: support@ranamapp.com or in-app: Settings → Support & help.
8. Updates
